How Rhythm HIT was Born

Dance has been my passion throughout my life, but after having my daughter Sage in 2020, I faced new challenges... Being a first time mum with a newborn baby and having ZERO time to myself, I was unable to leave the house for dance classes which made me feel like I lost who I was and at the same time this was my only form of exercising that I had done prior to having Sage.

So with this in mind and my urge to feel like myself again I began incorporating fitness and dance at home to try and loose my baby weight, tone and strengthen my body again. The results were incredible and with every dance move, I could feel the calories melting away and my body toning up, and this is how Rhythm HIT was born.

Rhythm HIT has not only shaped my body but also given me confidence, strength, and a renewed love for fitness. The best part ? The incredibly positive mindset I got with combining music and fitness together. Having a background in dance and being able to create workouts with dance, music and fitness has completely changed my out look towards fitness and exercising.

Professional Career

I have been dancing since the age of three and devoted most of my life to it. While excelling in all styles of dance, I mastered ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, tap, and musical theatre.

Having been professionally trained at prestigious schools like Basel Theatre in Switzerland, Pulse 8 Contemporary Company in Sydney, and Brent Street Performing Arts in Sydney, I sought to gather a strong foundation from a young age to help in the professional world of dancing.

My dance career has taken me to various performances, including the popular TV show So You Think You Can Dance Australia?, shows at The Hard Rock Casino Macau, and four consecutive contracts on Princess Cruise Lines, among other dance shows in Australia.
